How to Apprehend, Arrest and Process Offenders

Introduction

The ability to legally apprehend, arrest and process offenders are essential skills in many environments. The process, however, needs to be effectively conducted and legally correct. The aim of this course is to take delegates through the entire process from identifying an offender, through apprehending and/or arresting them, and on to handing them over to the police.

The course involves role-playing scenarios so that attendees can practice the correct procedures.
